ERCLC has a grant fund where students can submit a proposal to help support or develop a project of deep interest to the student. This might be a specialized tool, book, hardware, or resource that will help the student achieve his or her project. We want all our students to have a passion for learning: more details on how to apply here.
Thanks to everyone for sharing their narrative writing. We are enjoying your stories and are looking at ways to share them with you. For those that want to take the narrative writing even further, November is National Novel Writing Month, a great resource for any young author. Our next writing sample will be Expository writing beginning in January and due at your February meeting as a part of research month.
Keep in Touch
Aside from this newsletter, we also send reminders, updates, and enrichment class information through ParentSquare. If you haven’t received an invitation to create a free account, or if you have questions, please contact Heather. If you are on Facebook, you might want to send a request to join “Friends of ERCLC” a closed group for our extended homeschool community.
Please Be On Time
Please make sure your student(s) arrive on time for enrichment classes. Students who arrive more than 10 minutes late will be asked to wait with their parent until the start of the next class. We want everyone to enjoy the experience, and thank you for your understanding.
