Concurrent Enrollment

Concurrent Enrollment

Concurrent enrollment is an early college program that provides high school students with the opportunity to enroll in courses at local community colleges.

Concurrently enrolled students will be enrolled in college courses with regular college students and taught by community college faculty. College credit earned can be applied towards a student’s college record and may also count towards fulfilling high school graduation requirements at their school. Students can choose to enroll at any of our local community colleges to begin earning college credit.

Assist.org

Concurrent students have the advantage of completing courses towards their general education requirements while still in high school. However, not every course is transferable. Students are encouraged to use assist.org to determine if your community college courses are transferable.
